Return & Refund Policy


I. Order Exchange

If you wish to exchange your Cottons Daily purchase, you have a convenient window of 7 days from the date of delivery to do so. Reach out to our customer service team at cottonsdaily@gmail.com, and we'll assist you with the exchange process. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition, with all tags intact.Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.

II. Return & Refund
 
      A. Due to Damages and Issues

  1. Please do not accept the courier if the package is torn or not in good condition.
  2. For any damage in transit or lost shipment, the amount paid for the respective product shall be refunded to the customer.
  3. We are not liable for any refund in case of any delay in shipment or missed delivery.
  4. You may be assured that every product goes through a quality check before its shipped. However, if any damage is found in the product, a full refund will be credited to the customer after the returned product is delivered to us. Please write to cottonsdaily@gmail.comalong with the parcel opening video. Please Note:- To be eligible for return, a parcel opening video is mandatory.

    B. Due to Other Reasons

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Therefore, we offer a flexible return policy   within 7 days from the date of delivery. Rs. 200 return shipping charge shall be levied to initiate the return request. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition, with all tags intact.

Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate the refund process. The amount paid for the product will be credited back to the original bank source account. Please allow a processing time of up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
         
        C. Refund Amount

In case of refund processed , only  product value paid will be refunded. Please note that amount paid as  COD charge / fee will not be refunded for returns against  cash on delivery orders

   III. Cancellations

Order once placed cannot be canceled for any reason.
