We offerĀ FREE SHIPPINGĀ for all orders in India. Charges For International Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
In case of Cash On delivery shipment, COD charges as levied by the courier partners are applicable and will be calculated at checkout.
Product is Shipped within 48 hours once the order is received within India and within 72 hours in case of International shipments.
For shipments within India , we share the bill and tracking information by email 24hrs after the goods are shipped, and after about 48Ā hrs if its shipped Internationally.
Delivery Time
Domestic Shipment. :- 5-7 days after dispatch
International Shipment :-Ā 10 toĀ 15 days after dispatch

I. Order Exchange
If you wish to exchange your Cottons Daily purchase, you have a convenient window of 7 days from the date of delivery to do so. Reach out to our customer service team at cottonsdaily@gmail.com, and we'll assist you with the exchange process. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition, with all tags intact.Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.

- Please do not accept the courier if the package is torn or not in good condition.
- For any damage in transit or lost shipment, the amount paid for the respective product shall be refunded to the customer.
- We are not liable for any refund in case of any delay in shipment or missed delivery.

You may be assured that every product goes through a quality check before its shipped. However, if any damage is found in the product, a full refund will be credited to the customer after the returned product is delivered to us. Please write to cottonsdaily@gmail.comalong with the parcel opening video. Please Note:- To be eligible for return, a parcel opening video is mandatory.
B. Due to Other Reasons
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Therefore, we offer a flexible return policy Ā Ā within 7 days from the date of delivery. Rs. 200 return shipping charge shall be levied to initiate the return request. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition, with all tags intact.
Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate the refund process. The amount paid for the product will be credited back to the original bank source account. Please allow a processing time of up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
